TABATA Interval Training

This high-intensity interval training has quickly surged to being one of the most popular interval trainings available. Enhance your cardiovascular endurance, improve your athletic capacity and burn fat while increasing both you aerobic and anaerobic capacities. Alternating short periods of intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, Tabata will improve your conditioning and leave you feeling stronger than ever.

Level 1 Therapeutics

Rehabbing the body, mind and spirit is the theme of this class. Gentle and slow-paced, this easy-going class is ideal for anyone recovering from or living with injury or chronic conditions. No experience is necessary and all ages, sizes and challenges are welcome to attend. Props are used and sometimes chairs as well.

Level 1.5

This class is designed for those wishing to increase endurance and strength. The emphasis is on moving with the breath, creating a flow – or vinyasa – sequence. Modifications are given throughout the class, as well as opportunity to increase the intensity. A great introduction to vinyasa!

Hour of Power

Trying to squeeze your practice into a hectic week? This is your class. Best-suited for those with some experience, this fast-paced class combines both dynamic and static postures in a flowing, vinyasa format. The room is hot for this one, so be prepared to sweat. And above all, breathe.

Restorative Yoga

Stress makes us sick! Get well, get strong, get restorative yoga. It is often said that if yoga were a buffet, then restorative yoga poses would definitely be at the dessert table! This class will help relieve the effects of chronic stress, illness and injury; while helping to increase relaxation, rehabilitation and recovery time by nourishing the body, mind and spirit through “active relaxation.” This class is appropriate for Every Body!

Deep Stretch

Looking for a serious increase in your flexibility? This class provides the opportunity to move into those long-neglected tight areas in a safe and non-competitive environment. Poses are held for an extended length of time to allow for a deeper release of the muscles and a greater lengthening of the fascia. All levels are encourage to attend; especially athletes.

Waking up the body, mind and spirit has never been more fun! This class will cover the bases and then some as we explore arm balances, backbends, chanting and more.

Yoga Mix

Focusing on a vinyasa flow throughout the first half of the practice, this class then provides the opportunity to move into those long-neglected tight areas (think hips!) deeply and safely. For the remainder of the class, static poses are held for an extended length of time to allow for a deeper release of the muscles and a greater lengthening of the fascia. Pilates

Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this class will focus on developing strength through the core of the body – the back, abdomen, and hips - with patterned breathing and movement providing the body with a strong foundation for daily activities, for other forms of exercise and to balance body and mind. This will be combined with a series of restorative, gentle stretches and postures to increase flexibility and strength.
